Day 6 - 12 I quitted the job

Day 6 I took a trip to China to visit some factories. Seeing the processes firsthand gave me a fresh perspective—and maybe even a clearer sense of direction.
Exploring different industries is helping me figure out where I truly belong.
Half a year ago, my wife asked me to follow Simon Squibb’s channel. I told her, “I have nothing to pitch to an investor. I have no direction of what I should do now.”
I’m not a patient person—even when I watch Netflix, I fast-forward. But one day, I spent the entire afternoon watching his video: “30 Years of Business Knowledge in 2hrs 26mins.”
One quote stood out to me: “Taking risks equals success. You need to learn to love fear. Success is not getting an A, but embracing failure. Enjoy the journey, don’t rush.”
It hit me hard. I told myself, When I come up with a business idea or prototype, I’ll fly to London to find him. Then a funny thought crossed my mind: What if he’s not there?
Life is unpredictable, I will tell you how my story developed.
Day 10 I’m trying to see myself through the eyes of others.
Lately, I’ve felt lost and unsure about my direction. But I’m fortunate to have good friends who offer honest and heartfelt perspectives.

Sometimes, it takes the people around us to remind us of our strengths when we lose sight of them.
Day 11 I was at the top of a mountain, sitting quietly as I prayed. Then I noticed an ant looping endlessly on the same chair.
In that moment, I realized—that ant is me.
Either I take a great leap, or I stay stuck and die in the loop.
Day 12 My mind was in a constant battle: a stable job vs. entrepreneurship.
The more CVs I send out, the more frustrated I feel. It doesn’t feel like the season to search for a job.
It feels like the season to rebuild myself.
